All packages are billed monthly. Updates and maintenance tasks are done according to the plan frequency (bi-monthly, monthly, or weekly). Maintenance reports are provided according to your plan’s frequency: Essential clients receive a report every 2 months, Standard and Premium clients receive a monthly report. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Existing clients will always be notified in advance of any price increases that affect their plan.

All packages are billed monthly, no matter how often the updates happen.
+ How often will you work on my site?
Maintenance tasks are only done according to your plan’s frequency, every two months, monthly, or weekly.
+ What happens if I don’t use my included edit time?
Any unused time for edits or troubleshooting does not roll over to the next month and can’t be exchanged for other services.
+ What does troubleshooting cover?
Troubleshooting time is for resolving issues caused by updates, plugin or theme conflicts, or minor site errors. Bigger fixes or redesign work are billed separately at R450/hour.
+ Where are my backups stored?
Backups are stored on your website hosting server only. We do not store copies offsite. We recommend downloading your backups to your own secure location each month. Backup files older than 3 months may be deleted to avoid excessive server space usage.
+ Do I get a report?
A: Yes!
