Terms for Black Friday Social Media Content Package

These full Terms and Conditions (“Full Terms”) govern the purchase and execution of the Black Friday Social Media Content Package (“the Package”) offered by Value WordPress Designs. By purchasing the Package, the client agrees to these Full Terms and the quick-read summary provided on the marketing post.

1. The Offer and Booking

  • Offer Period: This Package is available for purchase from 16 October 2025 to 06 November 2025. VWP Designs reserves the right to extend or terminate the offer period without prior notice.
  • Availability: All production slots are strictly limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Slot availability is subject to immediate sale and may conclude before the closing date (06 November 2025).
  • Payment: The promotional price is R1,350. The full amount must be paid upfront upon booking to confirm the client’s production slot and commence the project timeline.
  • Contract: A formal contract is formed upon receipt of the full R1,350 payment and VWP Designs’ confirmation of booking.

2. Service Scope and Deliverables

  • Package Contents: The Package includes the creation and delivery of three (3) distinct social media assets:
    1. One (1) Reel (short animated video).
    2. Two (2) Static/Animated Posts (image graphics).
    • Content Delivery: All content (1 Reel, 2 Posts) will be delivered digitally to the client within seven (7) working days following the completion of the Strategy Session (Section 3).
    • Design Basis: Content creation is based exclusively on the client’s existing brand guidelines, logo, website copy, and assets provided to VWP Designs. The client is responsible for supplying all necessary copy and calls-to-action for the assets.
  • Reel/Video Scope:
    • The Reel utilizes text animation (simple movement of typography) on static or pre-licensed stock backgrounds and images.
    • NO CUSTOM VIDEO FILMING, PRODUCTION, OR EDITING of client-supplied raw video footage is included in this R1,350 package. Any request for custom video work will be quoted and charged separately at the standard hourly rate.
  • Dimensions: All content will be designed for optimal social media feed placement. Specific dimensions (e.g., 1080×1080 pixels for posts) will be confirmed, but all delivered assets are considered final and fit-for-purpose based on VWP Designs’ professional judgement.

3. Strategy and Revisions

  • Strategy Session: A mandatory 15-Minute Content Strategy Session is required to align on content goals and deliverables. This session can be conducted via Zoom, Phone call, or email exchange.
  • Booking Requirement: The Strategy Session must be booked and completed within five (5) working days of the Package purchase date.
  • Expiration: Any unused Strategy Session will automatically expire after the 5-day window, and the project scope will default to VWP Designs’ interpretation of the client’s initial brief and assets.
  • Revisions and Feedback Timeline: One (1) round of minor revisions is included across the combined deliverables (graphics/Reel) following the initial draft presentation. Clients must submit their feedback for this single revision round within 48 hours of receiving the initial draft.
  • Project Stalling and Delays (New Clause): The 7-working-day delivery timeline is contingent upon timely client response. If the client fails to provide necessary assets (Section 2) or revision feedback (Section 3) within 5 working days of the request, the project will be considered stalled. Stalled projects are moved to the end of the production queue and are subject to VWP Designs’ revised availability, voiding the original 7-working-day guarantee.
  • Major Changes: Major design changes, structural changes to the Reel, or requests for additional content will be deemed out-of-scope and will be quoted separately.

4. Ownership, Usage, and Liability

  • Client Usage: The client receives full perpetual digital rights for the final supplied content for use on their social media channels and related digital marketing activities.
  • VWP Designs Rights: VWP Designs retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
  • Client Responsibility: The client warrants that all assets (logos, images, copy, trademarks) provided to VWP Designs do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. The client will indemnify VWP Designs against any claims arising from the use of client-provided materials.
  • No Refunds: Due to the custom, one-on-one nature of the service, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is received. This policy stands regardless of the client’s failure to book the Strategy Session or utilize the content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and the Package execution are governed by the laws of Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
